"Fun for the kids, just a little crowded"
My kids had a great time and were talking about it the whole way home, which always reminds me of the places I used to get excited about when I was little. The only downside was that it was a bit busy, so it felt a little hectic at times, but overall they really enjoyed it.

"good maintenance job, just a small delay"
had some equipment maintenance done through Puxton and overall it went well. the technician seemed to know his stuff and got the machine running smoother again without making a big fuss.

only reason i’d give it 4 stars is that they showed up a bit later than expected. it wasn’t a huge problem, but i did end up waiting around for a while. i’d still use them again though.

"Clean and easy, even the little details"
Everything was really clean when I was there, including the toilets, which I always notice right away. The counters, floors, and little corners all looked taken care of too. no complaints from me.

The staff did a great job keeping an eye on everything. I felt comfortable letting the kids run around and play without worrying too much. It just felt safe and well taken care of.

"Great Afternoon for the Kids"
The kids absolutely loved the outdoor play areas. There was loads for them to climb on and plenty of space to run around, what more do you really need? It was clean enough, and I could easily keep an eye on them the whole time. We ended up staying longer than we planned, which says a lot, doesn’t it? A really happy afternoon all round.

"Super easy parking"
Parking was really easy... I found a spot quickly and didn’t have to walk far at all, which was a nice little bonus.

"Pretty well organised, to be fair"
Took the kids to Puxton i thought they handled the queues really well. It did get busy, so I don’t know what people expect on a day like that, but the staff kept everyone moving and there wasn’t loads of pushing or chaos. It felt organised without being too strict, which made the whole day way less stressful than it could’ve been.

"Nice day out, but a bit of a mission"
We visited Puxton and the staff were lovely the whole time. Everyone we spoke to seemed happy to help, and they were great with the kids too. A couple of areas felt busy, so it did take a bit of effort getting around and keeping everyone together, which was a bit tiring. That said, the staff kept things moving well and it was still a really nice day out overall. We’d go back.

"Decent toilets, but the baby change needs a bit more attention"
We stopped in with our little one and the toilets were fine enough to use, but they definitely weren’t the cleanest. The baby changing area was useful to have, though it felt cramped and like it hadn’t been checked in a while. Weirdly, I remember there was a single tiny sock sitting in the corner the whole time, which kind of summed it up. Not terrible, but it could definitely be better.

"Good lunch, but the cake was disappointing"
I had lunch here it was good overall. The sandwich tasted fresh, the chips came out hot, and the coffee was decent enough. The only letdown was the cake, which was a bit dry, and I do feel like that’s something they should acknowledge or apologize for, especially if it’s being served that way. Still, I’d probably come back again and give it another try.

"Frustrating with a screen reader"
I had a really hard time using this with my screen reader. I couldn’t navigate around properly, and a lot of the buttons didn’t have labels that actually told me what they did. It felt like accessibility was an afterthought. I thought about contacting customer service, but I don’t have much faith they’d take it seriously or do anything helpful.

"We booked through Puxton and, to be..."
We booked through Puxton and, to be fair, it was straightforward. I expected the place to be a bit more confusing to navigate once we got there, but the main signs were better than I thought and made it easy enough to find the farm areas, cafe and toilets.
The only thing that didn’t quite match what I’d hoped for was some of the smaller signs, which were a little tucked away in places. We ended up taking a wrong turn once or twice, but it wasn’t a huge issue. Overall, we had a lovely visit and would still recommend it...

"A Lovely Day That Felt Worth Slowing Down For"
We had a really nice day out here. There was plenty to do, so the kids never really had a chance to get bored, between the animals, play areas, and little rides, they were happily busy for hours. It was one of those simple family days that reminds you how good it is to just be outside together and enjoy the little moments

"Really easy to book and get in"
Booked our tickets online in just a couple of minutes and the email came through straight away, actually. Getting in was just as easy, showed the code at the entrance and we were through. No faffing around, which was a big relief with the kids waiting.

"Fun Halloween Outing"
Took the kids along for the Halloween event and we had a really nice time. It was well put together without feeling over the top, and there was plenty to keep them entertained. The only downside was that the food queues got a bit busy, but overall it was a good day out.

"Decent day out, but the weather didn’t help"
We went on a rainy day, which made the whole thing feel a bit less enjoyable at first. I was expecting the kids to get fed up quickly, but there was actually plenty to do indoors. Still, the bad weather did put a bit of a dampener on it. That said, the kids didn’t moan once, so I’ll count that as a win.

"Pretty good value overall"
I was quite pleased with puxton.co.uk. The prices seemed fair, and I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off or anything. The quality was actually a bit better than I expected for the price too. Not loads more to add really, just felt like a decent deal, and I’d happily use them again.
